Our Return Policy
A request for a product return for us and in the healthcare industry can be challenging as many of our customers are immune compromised, and because we are a small business. We like to assure our customers that we are selling unused and clean products. Unless otherwise marked, all of our products are new, assembled and inspected for quality before going out on the floor or directly to the customer. We also spend a considerable amount of time educating our customers, and we encourage them to make sure the product will meet their needs prior to their purchase.
Product Purchases
Unused products in their original packaging and/or condition will incur a 25% restocking fee for returns. Products must be unopened and unused. Refunds are given within 10 business days if payment was by credit card or cash and 14 days if payment was by check. Beyond Accessible reserves the right to refuse any product for return. Batteries, cushions, slings and bathroom products are non-refundable.
Beyond Accessible’s Policy for Stair Lifts, Ramps, Vertical Lifts, Vehicle Lifts, and other custom ordered products: These items are custom ordered (not routinely stocked) and/or customized to suit your specific needs, and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Services
Rescheduling and/or cancellation of a service or installation of a product after 72 hours of the initial scheduling date will result in a 10% surcharge of the total cost labor.
Rentals
A Renter may cancel their Rental Agreement at no cost up to 72 hours prior to the Start Date. Thereafter, if Renter cancels the Rental Agreement, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental fee shall be charged. If an unwanted reservation is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the Start Date or if Renter fails to pick the Equipment within 72 hours of the Start Date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee shall be applied.
