MOBILITY NAVIGATOR
This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Primary Responsibilities Include
ยป This is primarily a part time position which may become full time as the business sets goals to grow and expand.
ยป Greeting customers and answering the phone. If needed, assist customers with getting into the store and offer transportation via wheelchair.
ยป Meet with customers in person (or virtually) to build rapport, tour the store while explaining product lines, and eventually generate sales.
ยป Provide customers with genuine guidance and support speci๏ฌcally related to their current and/or future needs. We problem solve and educate customers on their best options for what they are trying to accomplish.
ยป Provide information on products and explain company policies.
ยป Maintain customer logs and records.
ยป Learn and demonstrate use of products in a safe manner.
ยป Make sure that products are clean and sanitary after being rented or a demonstration.
ยป Help with o๏ฌce roles as needed, such as receiving deliveries, recordkeeping, ๏ฌling, some Quickbooks.
Knowledge and Skills
ยป Driverโs license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
ยป Associate degree OR the equivalent amount of work experience
ยป Working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft O๏ฌce, and Google Docs
ยป Ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., simple transactions in Quickbooks)
ยป Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting
ยป Detail oriented and must be good with tools
Physical Requirements of the Job
ยป Work requires frequently lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ยป Work requires regularly stooping, bending, and kneeling
ยป Work requires the ability to be on oneโs feet for eight hours during one work shift
ยป Requires regularly reaching and grasping objects at, above, and below shoulder level
ยป Work requires regularly grasping and ๏ฌne manipulation with hands
ยป Work requires regularly proofreading and checking documents for accuracy
ยป Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
ยป Ability to work up to eight hours per day and up to 24 hours per week. Must also be able to work weekends.
ยป Ability to work independently.
Range: $16.50 - $18.00 / hour - all applicants will need to do drug screening and a background check.

MOBILITY TECHNICIAN/INSTALLER
This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Primary Responsibilities Include
ยป This is primarily a part time position which may become full time as the business sets goals to grow and expand.
ยป Installing products and testing them to ensure they are working correctly (eg. grab bars, stairlifts, ramps, etc.).
ยป Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device(s) safely.
ยป Performing maintenance on mobility equipment.
ยป Diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions to repair mobility equipment.
ยป Explaining issues with equipment and repair process to customers.
ยป Getting quotes on parts needed for repairs.
ยป Creating detailed reports and keeping records on services that have been performed.
ยป Demonstrating ability to follow instructions.
Knowledge and Skills
ยป High school diploma or GED
ยป 5+ years of experience preferred
ยป Install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment
ยป Must be able to read instructions and diagrams
ยป Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
ยป Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting
ยป Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
ยป Working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft O๏ฌce, and Google Docs
ยป Ability to learn new products and how to install, assemble and repair them quickly (Extensive product training will be available from both the suppliers and Beyond Accessible)
ยป Ability to talk about technical details with tech support, and higher level communication with customers
ยป Work independently without much supervision
ยป Driverโs license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
ยป Effectively manage time
ยป Detail oriented and must be good with tools
Physical Requirements of the Job
ยป Must be able to lift 50 pounds and above
ยป Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, stooping,
ยป Kneeling, lifting heavy equipment and working in con๏ฌned spaces
ยป Work requires regularly reaching and grasping objects at, above, and below shoulder level
ยป Work requires the ability to be on your feet for eight hours during one work shift
ยป Work requires regularly grasping and ๏ฌne manipulation with hands
ยป Work requires attending supplier training when appropriate/needed
ยป Work requires some use of computers
ยป Must be able to work by oneself
ยป Ability to work up to eight hours per day and up to 24 hours per week. Must also be able to work weekends.
ยป Ability to work independently.
Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour - all applicants will need to do drug screening and a background check.
