Living with MS comes with a long list of challenges

If you are living with MS and one of your challenges is mobility, AZ Crush MS is here to help. They have partnered with us to offer funding on mobility aids, whether it is to purchase a new one, repair the one you already have, or buy a much-needed accessory.

Their financial support is available for up to $500 during the month of November, and it is easy to apply. The Relief Fund grant application is online at AZ CRUSH MS - Relief Fund. Just supply them with a few pieces of information, and if approved, their grant committee will work with us to make the transaction seamless. Taking care of our MS Caregivers

Living with MS impacts the entire family, and AZ Crush MS is providing the opportunity for you to give a special caregiver essentials bag to your care partners as a way of saying thank you this Thanksgiving season.

If you would like to thank your care team in a special way, AZ Crush MS will purchase a caregiver essentials bag on your behalf and ship it to you free of charge, while supplies last. These bags are a great value for what is received, priced at just over $130 per bag, plus tax. This offer is available for the entire month of November 2026. Please, only one bag per request because quantities are limited.

Simply fill out the AZ Crush MS Relief Fund Grant Request form that can be found on our website at AZ CRUSH MS - Relief Fund. On the form, in the area for specifying the request, just fill in “Caregiver essentials bag.”
