I further understand that the hands-on nature of this Workshop involves a risk of injury, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risk involved. I hereby expressly agree to assume all such risks of injury. If I have chosen not to obtain a physician’s permission prior to my participation in this Workshop, I similarly agree to do so at my own risk. Photography and Filming (Use of Likeness): We may wish to photograph or film the Workshops and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future Workshops on our websites and/or social media platforms. You consent to us photographing or filming you for these purposes. By accepting below, I hereby grant Beyond Accessible and its principals, agents, and other representatives, permission to use my likeness (obtained through my participation in the Workshop) in any and all publications (including websites), without payment or any other consideration. I hereby release and forever discharge Beyond Accessible from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which I (or my heirs, representatives, administrators, or others acting on my behalf) may have by reason of this authorization.
